Farmhouse REnovation

In this detailed renovation, we meticulously gutted and custom-built an old farmhouse, transforming it with modern elegance while preserving its historical essence. The living room was redesigned with a striking custom spiral staircase and protruding window jambs, featuring a new window, a custom Rumford fireplace, and an exposed stainless steel flue. We reconfigured the original staircases leading to the second floor, crafting them from white oak with an exposed floor joist to accommodate the natural shifting of the wood and honor the home’s history. This thoughtful redesign allowed for the addition of a window at the top of the stairs and a custom skylight to the right, enhancing natural light and views throughout the space. IsLand project

For this project, we undertook a comprehensive landscaping overhaul on a picturesque island with a charming cottage. Our work began with re-leveling the entire driveway to incorporate a versatile new sports pad, enhancing the island's recreational possibilities. We then designed and constructed an elegant new walkway leading to the waterfront, featuring carefully crafted steps and concrete pads to ensure both functionality and aesthetic appeal. To complete the transformation, we introduced a selection of vibrant, hardy plants that seamlessly integrate with the natural surroundings, creating a serene and inviting outdoor retreat.

In this work, we expertly landscaped around a distinctive circular house, creating a cohesive and stylish outdoor environment. We installed a brick entertainment area that mirrors the house’s unique curvature, providing a functional and attractive space for socializing. Complementing this, we laid a sleek concrete walkway that gracefully follows the circular outline of the home, ensuring smooth and elegant access throughout the property. To complete the transformation, we introduced a diverse selection of plants, adding vibrant colors and textures that enhance the overall appeal and integrate beautifully with the house's architectural design.
